My partner and I would like to express our sincere thanks and delight at the food you prepared for us for his birthday surprise dinner. We were very impressed at the super quality of the food, to the point that you left us craving for more. The standard was so professional that there is no way any amateur could get near my darling. The four course meal left us speechless. It is difficult to single out any one dish as they were all memorable however, the fourth course, was amazing Nessa; the Berry Chocolate tart was so yummy and incredibly satisfying, thinking about it right now, is making me salivate.
